Air Change delivers fresh air to the new Myers, North Lakes retail store located in Mango Hill, 25km North of Brisbane.

By mid-2008, a new Myer department store will be opened within Westfield's, North Lakes. This retail complex serves a trade area of almost 293,000 people and includes an adjacent residential development. Sustained growth in south-eastern Queensland has seen the population in this area almost double in three years.

Consultants from the Quirkeir Group based in Victoria, specified nine Air Change AHU's in total for this project's fresh air requirements. Contractor, HVAC Queensland Pty Ltd will install the units on site.

These new generation Air Change green AHU's will provide energy efficient, outdoor air HVAC requirements for Myers. Visitors will enjoy maximum comfort whilst shopping and Myers will reap the energy savings and enjoy reduced ongoing costs. The AHU is designed to offer variable outside air with inbuilt heat recovery, economy cycle and VSD's.

Visit Air Change at Stand 203 at the ARBS 2008 Exhibition (21- 23rd April - at the Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre, Southbank, Melbourne) to view the latest Heat Recovery Air Handling Unit (HR-AHU). At this official launch, a HR-AHU of total Supply Air 4,500 l/s with up to 2,250 l/s outdoor air will be displayed.
